Well I for the last time for 2012 i froze egg plant and green beans..I have lots of green chilies ..what method of preservation would you suggest I do?

To date, I have canned 7 pints Mrs. Wages Salsa, 14 pints of Mrs. Wages Hot Salsa, about 21 quarts of tomatoes, and...believe it or not...84 pints of Mrs. Wages dill pickles. I have frozen about 5 quarts of zucchini and yellow squash, seven quartes of green beans,  and two pints of blackberries.

I would like to get a recipe for dill pickles so I don't have to use Mrs. Wages. I grow all the herbs anyway. Unfortunately, I have never found a pickle recipe my family likes nearly as much. Same with the salsa. All my recipes have come out with a strong vinegar taste except for Mrs. Wages.

I am also going to be making horseradish this year, and I've never tried that before. If anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it.

I'm still looking for the Ball tomato juice recipe that uses lemon juice and seasoned salt. Does anyone have it?

I made 6 pints of dilly beans. Don't really care for them so I won't be making any more.

Today I froze 16 pints of Red Raspberry's, so far I have made 15 1/2 pints of strawberry jam, we have frozen nearly 25 lb of Summer Squash and Zucchini, 10 lb of Broccoli and this weekend will work up 5 bushel of Tomato's and 1/2 bushel of peaches.
