Spencer, Thank you. I don't know what else to say. Thank you.
Comment by Spencer Bainter on April 28, 2013 at 7:42pm Tony, I will only speak for myself and let you know that tonight when I thank my lord for my supper and family, but for what it is worth, I will also think of the strength you have exhibited in just saying such a thing. Please do not take it the wrong way, and I know we have not met face to face, but if you would like some help with anything, I would like to offer it. My problems pale in comparison, and it would be my pleasure to even just comment on your discussion and remind you of the beautiful world around us.
Guys im sorry and i hope you don't hate me for it. But since my wife passed i couldn't go it the greenhouse. I sold it yesterday.
Comment by Spencer Bainter on April 28, 2013 at 9:51am Just put together some 2'x12"s, not a cold frame right now, just a raised bed, but it will be this winter.

Ok guys, I know that growing my plants on the front porch was a little out of the norm. but i now have 70 peppers, 40 tomatoes, 12 pumpkin, and 1 watermellon plant to put out in the garden. The question i have now is, When should i put them in the garden? With the mild winter and the late spring frosts, I'm sorta scared to set them out. After all these are my babies.
Thanks Mark, I bought this greenhouse a couple years ago and planned on getting it up before winter. I was wanting a greenhouse to start my garden plants in and nothing more. Since i bought it i have been doing alot of research and changed the site location twice. Something as simple as this weedgaurd makes it that much harder to complete. Maybe im a perfectionist but i want the best greenhouse that i can possibly have. That is why it has taken me two years to get to this point. But i will gaurantee that by the time i retire i will have the most awsome greenhouse that i possibly can. I hope to have a covering on it before fall and plants growing this winter. But it wont be finished at that point, I'm sure that as i go along it will get better. I have been looking into aquaponics and the more i check it out the more i like it. It is a new way of growing things and raising fish at the same time and i thank you for joining my aquaponics group. I intend to use the greenhouse and barn to get going with it. It went from one of my guys at work bending my ear about it, to me becoming very passionate about it. I just gotta TASTE the veggies that come out of it. I still have alot to add to this group but the aquaponics is my new desire. Thanks Mark!!!!! for giving me a voice.
